DC United's new home in a soccer-specific stadium that opened in July 2018. Seats 20,000 and may be the future home of the Washington Spirit as well.

In late 2018 to service a burgeoning Navy Yard, Buzzard Point, and Wharf, Pepco completed initial construction on a larger power substation. The renovation includes a remodeled James C. Dent house on the National Historical Register. Movement of electrical equipment from the old substation to the new one continues today.

A new condominium on Buzzard Point along the Anacostia River and next to the new River Point complex. Delivered in May 2020.

4 - RiverPoint (2020)

RiverPoint is the redevelopment of the former Coast Guard Headquarters into an apartment building along the Anacostia an adjacent to James Creek Marina. Delivery 2020.

Watermark apartments is the redevelopment of a long abandoned office building at 1900 Half. It will also include Eagle Academy when school returns in-person. Delivered fall 2020.

1542 1st is an affordable housing building at the corner of 1st and Q St SW, complete with wrap-around services. Delivered 2022.

The current Frederick Douglass bridge has been declared structurally retired. A new bridge spanning the Anacostia and connected by traffic ovals on both ends completed in 2022.

MRP Realty closed on the land and buildings previously onsite (incl. the former Secrets lounge) in early 2020 and built a 344 unit apartment building with ground floor retail. Delivered in 2022.

The new southeast/southwest power substation is lined by prefabricated walls with artwork. April 2019.
