DC United's new home in a soccer-specific stadium that opened in July 2018. Seats 20,000 and may be the future home of the Washington Spirit as well.

RiverPoint is the redevelopment of the former Coast Guard Headquarters into an apartment building along the Anacostia an adjacent to James Creek Marina. Delivery 2020.
